Mold Making for Plastic & Rubber Parts
JIGE presents mold-making work alongside its plastic and rubber product collections. For a tooling enquiry, share the component drawing and its intended material so the part requirements can be reviewed.
Plastic Components
Provide the part geometry, intended plastic material and connection or assembly requirements. Include the dimensions that are important to the finished component.
Rubber Components
For rubber parts, include the sealing profile, mating surfaces and intended material. Where relevant, specify hardness and the conditions in which the part will be used.
Information for a Tooling Review
- Component drawing or 3D model, with the drawing revision.
- Intended material and critical dimensions.
- Part application and assembly details.
- Expected production quantity and any sample references.
